Anita Barone

Barone has a role on The Shoes, an episode of Seinfeld from the fourth season. Barone plays Gail Cunningham as a restaurant owner who needs Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was a cast member on Carol & Company, starring with Carol Burnett in the early 90s. Barone performed the role of Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife in the initial Friends appearance. Jane Sibbett was her replacement after Barone left Friends to pursue a role that required more time. She appeared on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for the beginning of its run (1995-1996) as well as in The War at Home from 2005 through the year 2007. Barone co-starred alongside Daddio in 2000. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave guest starred as J.J. Jones in two episodes.
